What to bring: TVs, computers, monitors, scanners, printers, keyboards, computer mice, small appliances (such as vacuums, stereo and radio equipment), microwaves, cameras, cell phones, air conditioners, calculators, typewriters, FAX machines,.VCRs/DVD players, cable/satellite receivers
Special Note about TVs: Items which will be accepted for a fee (cash or credit card): CRT and LCD Televisions 29” < $20; 30” & above $40
CRT Monitors 18” <$20; 19” & above $40
No Projection or Console Televisions
Items NOT Accepted: Smoke Detectors, Fluorescent Bulbs/Tubes/Lights, Monitors with broken glass, Household Alkaline Batteries, Furniture, Electronics in wooden cases, (i.e. Old TV consoles, stereos, and speakers), Major Appliances, and Items with refrigerants.
• Air Conditioners, De/Humidifiers, Refrigerators – Contact your township or trash/recycling hauler to schedule a pick up or call 610-278-3618 for more information. For working refrigerators contact PECO at 1-888-5-PECO-SAVE.
• Large Appliances/White Goods – Contact your township or trash/ recycling hauler to schedule a pick up or call Montgomery County Recycling Hotline at 610-278-3618.
• Smoke Detectors – Send back to the manufacturer. Check the back of the item for more information OR throw in trash.
