Nominate an Individual or Organization for the 7th Annual ACT Citizens That Care Recognition Reception Thursday, April 17, 2008

ACT’s Nominating Committee is seeking the names and accomplishments of those individuals and/or organizations that have made positive contributions to the safety and well-being of Abington Township youth.   Nominees can serve as positive role models for youth, provide healthy activities for young people to participate in, or support/provide youth programs. 

Please submit your information below by September 14   The committee will meet September 18 to make selections.  We have retained past submissions that have not yet been recognized and welcome additional information or updates.
