How to Get Involved

To learn more about ACT, attend an ACT membership meeting, listed below. Anyone is welcome to attend. This experience will help you to know if either you personally or the organization you represent is a good fit with ACT and its mission.

General Membership Meetings: Board of Directors Meetings (1:30 pm):

Two ways to become a member of ACT:

  • Individuals earn membership by serving on an ACT committee for at least two years and continues to work to further ACT’s mission and core values.
  • Organizations may apply for membership by completing an application. Eligible organizations must be registered nonprofits and should be engaged in activities that serve and/or support the youth and families of Abington Township and/or Rockledge Borough. Organizations that become ACT members should be prepared to have a representative serve on an ACT committee.
